Directions

Cut the meat into pieces 1 1/2 inches square and about 3/4 inch thick.

Put the meat on wooden skewers alternating veal and pork until six pieces have been speared through the middle.

Season

Dip in beaten egg and then in cracker crumbs.

Brown on all sides in hot fat.

Place in baking dish with 1 cup of water . Cover and bake at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours or until tender
